Workshop on preparation of ecological soap

Our children already know how to make an ecological soap at home in the parish of the Ascension of the Lord in the villages of Mala and Velyka Roztoka. But their mothers have always been interested in the step-by-step process. So that’s why we gathered for a workshop on preparing ecological soap for women.

Invariable components of our work: natural soap base, essential oils, food dyes and fragrances, interesting 3D flower shapes, and wild desire to create something wonderful. It’s extremely interesting and useful to see that you can make a wonderful ecological flower on your own, which can be used both for hygienic purposes and with ecological components!

The event was held in cooperation with the Interreligious and Environmental Civil Forum of Eastern Europe (IRCEF, headed by Alexander Bokotey) and the Ecological Commission of the Mukachevo Greek Catholic Eparchy under the project “Responsibility for Creation and Women of the Carpathians” implemented by IRCEF with the partner support of the Archdiocese of Bamberg (Erzbistum Bamberg), the Diocese of Würzburg (Bistum Würzburg) and Renovabis (Organization for Assistance to Eastern Europe from the Catholic Church in Germany).
