Today, on May 22, we join the world in celebrating International Day for Biodiversity. This day reminds us of the incredible richness of life on our planet and the urgent need to preserve it. Biodiversity encompasses not only the diversity of plant and animal species but also the intricate network of connections between them and our shared environment. Preserving this wealth is a collective responsibility that falls upon all of us.
Since the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the natural world has faced severe challenges. The war has devastated landscapes, polluted air, and water, and disrupted soil quality, as well it has also led to the destruction of flora and fauna, obliterating habitats and endangering countless species. The war’s impact on the environment is enormous, impacting all aspects of the ecosystem.
Our projects are dedicated to raising public awareness, especially among children and young people, about the vital role every species plays in the ecosystem. Each living organism is an indispensable component of our planet’s biodiversity. Today, we once again urge you to reflect on the importance of environmental protection. It is not only our moral duty but also a crucial step towards ensuring sustainable development and prosperity for future generations. Let’s unite in protecting our planet. Study it, care for its inhabitants, and take decisive action to protect its future. Together, we can make a difference.

Sincerely,
