CRL Community

\"\"/

\”My wife and I both grew up Catholic and were on a mission to make a living for ourselves farming. With CRL we found two of our worlds coming into one in a way which does not happen very often. Man was made by God to care for creation and we neglect that [creation] to our peril. Thus, the mission of CRL is basically the mission of our lives.

We need to show urban communities why they need rural communities and what genuine rural culture has to contribute. When rural communities suffer, we all suffer and lose the benefit of what is characteristically rural.\”

Meeting storks at the Berehovo Public Center “Everyone Can Help”

At the Berehovo Public Center “Everyone Can Help,” eco-activists hosted an educational session for children focused on stork conservation. With the storks soon beginning their mass migration to Africa for the winter, the session aimed to raise awareness about the challenges these birds face during their long journey. Additionally, the session highlighted the plight of storks that, due to injury or other reasons, will be unable to join the migration and will stay behind in Ukraine throughout the winter.
