New informational banners were installed in the “Synevyr” NNP with the cooperation of NABU-IRCEF

New informational banners have been installed in the “Synevyr” National Nature Park, thanks to a collaboration between the Interreligious and Environmental Civil Forum of Eastern Europe (IRCEF), led by Oleksander Bokotey, and the German Nature Conservation Union (NABU Bundesverband, NABU International). These banners highlight key sites within the park, symbolizing the rich natural diversity of this unique location while conveying their significance and uniqueness.

One prominent location featured on the banners is the Museum of Forestry and Rafting, which meticulously preserves the region’s history of forestry and timber floating. The museum’s billboard not only imparts intriguing information to travelers but also extends an invitation for them to embark on a captivating journey into the past, uncovering the traditions and craftsmanship associated with logging and wood processing.

Another noteworthy facility in the park deserving attention is the Brown Bear Rehabilitation Center. This center focuses on the protection and restoration of the brown bear population, a species integral to the park’s ecosystem. The new information banners facilitate faster navigation to the center, offering valuable insights about its significance along the way.
